When should you call?
- Your home can not maintain a consistent temperature or has poor airflow.
- If you hear noise (screeching or shrieking) coming from your unit. Your unit could be struggling to keep up. often time a preventative maintenance service call can help you avoid an after-hours emerency call.
- You smell a burning smell. Any burning smell needs to be addressed immediately as it could be a sign or an electrical problem.
It’s very important that these signs don’t get pushed aside. They can lead to bigger problems especially during COLD snaps or Heat waves.
